All services and products offered on https://panditneeleshshastri.com are non-refundable and non-returnable due to their spiritual nature.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Puja Bookings: Once a Puja is booked, cancellations are not allowed.
• Physical Products: No returns or exchanges are accepted after purchase.

3. Exceptions

We will offer replacements only if:

• The product is damaged upon delivery (proof required within 24 hours).
• The incorrect item is sent due to our mistake.
