How to Book Online Puja: A Step-by-Step Guide
Quick answer
Choose the puja and format, check out as a guest and pay online, share your name, father's name and Gotra for the Sankalp, then join live by WhatsApp, Meet or Zoom and receive photos, video and Prasad.

To book an online puja, choose the ritual, pick the format, check out and pay online, then share your Sankalp details. Pandit Neelesh Shastri's team confirms the date, sends you a live joining link, and after the puja you receive photos, a video recording and Prasad. No account is needed.

Step 1: Choose the right puja

Start from your occasion or concern, not from a promised result. Browse all pujas, use the search bar, or open a category such as Dosha Nivaran, Yagnas & Homas or Festival Pujas. Each puja page explains what the ritual is, why it is performed and what is included. If you are unsure which ritual fits, call or WhatsApp +91 96198 92444 before booking.

Step 2: Select the format and option

Most pujas are offered as an Individual Puja (a dedicated slot only for your family) or a Group Puja (a shared slot that costs less). Some pujas also let you choose the japa count, for example 11,000 chants. The price shown includes Pandit Dakshina and Samagri.

Step 3: Add to cart and check out

Click Add to Cart or Buy Now. At checkout, enter your name, email, phone number and delivery address for Prasad. You can check out as a guest without creating an account. Use the order note to mention a preferred date or anything the Pandit should know.

Step 4: Pay securely online

Pay through the secure online payment gateway shown at checkout. Devotees outside India can pay with an international card. You receive an order confirmation by email as soon as the payment succeeds.

Step 5: Share your Sankalp details

The Sankalp is recorded with your name, father's name and Gotra. If you do not know your Gotra, the traditional Kashyap Gotra convention is used. Several family members can be included in one Sankalp.

Step 6: Confirm the date and join live

A Pandit is assigned, the date and time are confirmed with you, and a live joining link is shared. You can join by WhatsApp Video, Google Meet or Zoom, including from another country in your own time zone. If you cannot attend live, a full recording is shared afterwards.

Step 7: Receive proof and Prasad

After the puja you receive photographs, a video recording and confirmation that your Sankalp was performed. Prasad is couriered to the address you gave at checkout.

Before you book: cancellation and rescheduling

Pandit time, preparation and Samagri are committed as soon as you pay, so bookings are final and non-refundable. A timely request to reschedule may be considered, subject to availability. Read the full cancellation and refund policy before paying.
