Will I receive proof that my puja was performed?
Yes. You receive photographs and a video recording after every puja, along with confirmation that your Sankalp was completed.
Is Prasad delivered internationally?
Yes, Prasad is couriered across India and shipped internationally, subject to standard customs restrictions on certain items.
What is the difference between Individual and Group Puja?
An Individual Puja is performed exclusively for you and your family in a dedicated slot. A Group Puja is a shared, more economical slot where your Sankalp is included alongside other devotees.
Can I reschedule my puja date?
Yes, you may reschedule or cancel before the confirmed date as per our cancellation policy.
How do I join the live puja?
You will receive a joining link via WhatsApp, Zoom or Google Meet before the scheduled time. If you miss the live session, a full recording is shared with you.
