Effective date: 3 September 2026. These Terms & Conditions govern use of this website and every order or booking placed with Pandit Neelesh Shastri. By using checkout, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms, the Privacy Policy, the Cancellation & Refund Policy, the Prasad Delivery Policy and the Disclaimer.

Merchant and service provider

The puja, yagna, havan, astrology consultation and related offerings on this website are provided by Pandit Neelesh Shastri or, where clearly stated, by a Vedic priest working under his coordination. The customer-facing and legal merchant name is displayed in the merchant details on this page and on transaction records.

Eligibility and accurate information

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract. You are responsible for providing accurate account, contact, billing, delivery and Sankalp information. Errors in names, gotra, dates, addresses or time zones can affect performance or delivery and must be reported promptly.

Services, inclusions and pricing

The individual product or service page describes the ritual, format, expected duration, Samagri, Dakshina, participation method and deliverables included in that booking. Images are illustrative unless expressly identified as the exact item. The price shown at checkout, including disclosed taxes and delivery charges, is the final price payable for that order. Any additional request outside the listed scope requires separate confirmation and payment.

Booking confirmation and payment

An order is accepted only after successful payment and issuance of an order or booking confirmation. A payment shown as pending, failed or merely debited is not by itself confirmation. If money is debited but no confirmation is generated, contact us with the transaction reference so that the payment can be verified with the gateway.

Payments may be processed by an independent payment gateway such as Razorpay when enabled. The gateway, bank, card network or UPI provider may apply its own security checks and terms. We do not ask for or store your UPI PIN, CVV or banking password.

Final booking and no-refund rule

Once payment succeeds, the booking is final and non-refundable because priest time is reserved and ritual-specific Samagri, preparation and administrative work may begin immediately. We do not provide refunds for change of mind, personal schedule changes, inability to attend a live stream, incorrect details supplied by the customer, dissatisfaction with a spiritual outcome, or delay outside our reasonable control.

Limited exceptions for a verified duplicate payment, merchant-side non-fulfilment or a refund required by applicable law are described in the Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy.

Rescheduling

A rescheduling request is not a cancellation right. If requested before preparation or performance begins, Pandit Neelesh Shastri may, at his sole discretion and subject to priest availability, permit one date change. Festival, muhurat-specific, same-day, group and already-prepared bookings may not be rescheduled. Any extra cost caused by a customer-requested change must be paid before the revised booking is confirmed.

Performance, participation and delivery

The customer is responsible for being available at the confirmed time and for maintaining a working device and internet connection for optional live participation. The ritual may continue in the devotee’s name if the customer cannot join. Photos, recordings or Prasad are supplied only where listed as an inclusion. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and remain subject to courier, customs, weather and address conditions.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with payment or security systems, submit unlawful content, impersonate another person, scrape protected material or use website content commercially without written permission. Text, photographs, videos, branding and recordings remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. A private puja recording is for personal devotional use and may not be commercially redistributed.

Spiritual nature and limitation

Puja and astrology are devotional and traditional practices. No medical, legal, financial, relationship or other specific result is guaranteed. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Events beyond reasonable control

We are not responsible for delay or disruption caused by illness, temple restrictions, natural events, internet or power failure, strikes, courier or customs delays, government action or another event beyond reasonable control. We will communicate a practical alternative where reasonably possible.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer forum or jurisdiction available under applicable law, disputes will be subject to the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
