Effective date: 3 September 2026. This Privacy Policy explains how Pandit Neelesh Shastri (referred to as “we”, “us” or “our”) handles personal information when you visit this website, create an account, contact us or purchase a puja, consultation, digital item or related product.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use the website, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, billing or delivery address, account credentials, order details and communications with us. For a puja booking we may also collect Sankalp details such as the devotee’s name, father’s name, gotra (when known), location, birth details where relevant, preferred date, time zone and the stated purpose of the ritual.

We also receive limited transaction information such as the order number, payment status, amount, payment method category and gateway transaction identifier. Your card number, CVV, UPI PIN, net-banking password and similar payment credentials are entered on and processed by the selected payment gateway or bank; this website does not store those credentials.

Standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, cookies and security logs may be collected to operate, secure and improve the website.

How we use information

• to create and manage your account, order or appointment;
• to confirm payment, prevent fraud and maintain transaction records;
• to record the Sankalp and perform the booked ritual correctly;
• to communicate schedules, joining links, order updates and support responses;
• to pack, dispatch and track Prasad or other deliverables;

When information is shared

We do not sell personal information. We may share only the information reasonably required with payment gateways and banking partners, hosting and security providers, email or communication providers, analytics providers, professional advisers, priests assisting with the booked ritual, and courier or customs partners. We may also disclose information when required by applicable law, a court, regulator, payment network or fraud-prevention process.
