In brief: Personalised, consecrated, perishable and digital puja deliverables cannot be returned or exchanged. A verified wrong or transit-damaged shipment reported within 48 hours may qualify for replacement, not a change-of-mind refund.

Effective date: 3 September 2026. This policy covers physical and digital deliverables supplied with or separately from a booking with Pandit Neelesh Shastri. Service cancellations and payment refunds are governed by the Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy.

Items that cannot be returned

Prasad, flowers, food items, ritual offerings, consecrated items, opened or used Samagri, personalised Sankalp items, custom-prepared products and digital files or recordings cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. Their religious, personalised, perishable or digital nature means they cannot safely or appropriately be restocked or resold.

Wrong or transit-damaged shipment

If a physical parcel contains a materially wrong item or arrives materially damaged in transit, notify us within 48 hours of recorded delivery. Provide the order number, a description, clear photographs of the outer package, shipping label, inner packaging and affected item, and an unboxing video where reasonably available. Keep the entire parcel until the review is complete.

If the claim is verified, we may arrange a replacement of the affected deliverable or another reasonable resolution. A replacement is the normal remedy and does not create a right to a cash refund. Minor variation in colour, size, decoration, quantity of Prasad, natural ingredients or presentation is not considered damage where the essential deliverable remains usable.

No unauthorised returns

Do not send any item back without written instructions. Unauthorised parcels may be refused and cannot be credited. Where a return is exceptionally required for inspection, we will provide the address and method. The customer must package the item securely and include the order reference.

Delivery exceptions

No refund or free replacement is due where delivery fails because of an incorrect or incomplete address, unavailable recipient, refusal to accept, prohibited import, unpaid customs charge, local restriction or customer-requested redirection. If a parcel is returned and can lawfully and safely be resent, re-shipping and related charges must be paid before dispatch.

Digital deliverables

Digital downloads, photographs, recordings, reports and consultation materials are non-returnable once access, delivery or download is provided. If a supplied link is technically inaccessible, contact us so that access can be restored or the file can be reissued where the entitlement remains valid.

How to request review

Use the merchant contact details displayed on this page within the applicable reporting period. Include the order number and evidence requested above. We generally acknowledge a complete claim within 2 business days and aim to communicate the decision or next step within 5 business days.
